The 2-storey and spacious holiday home is located in Ulcinj on a sunny hill by the Port Milena. Due to the elevated position of the house you can enjoy the beautiful view of the largest beach of the Adriatic, Velika Plàza (5 minute walk), the typical fishermen’s huts, the Saline Natural Park with its bird paradise and the surrounding mountains of Montenegro and Albania. Ulcinj is considered the crown jewel of the region, known for its indescribable diversity of nature, history and culture. It is an ideal starting point for activities by the sea, lake, river and the nearby coastal mountains.The charming house in Mediterranean style was completed in 2020, has a garden and not only offers a lot of space and comfort on 270 m2 of living space, but also scores with a high-quality and tasteful equipment.

The house has 5 double comfort rooms and 2 spacious suites with hallway, bathroom, living area with a sofa bed, double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, make-up mirror, towels, fridge or kitchen as well as terrace or balcony. In the entrance area there is a tea maker and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Also sufficient information material about the sights in our region, various books and board games for young and old are available. We are happy to support and advise you in the planning and organization of your excursions.

Montenegro is the ideal short-haul destination with direct and often very cheap flights from many European airports if booked early. In less than two hours, the small country on the Adriatic Sea can be reached by plane via the two airports Podgorica and Tivat. We will be happy to organize the airport transfer for you on site.

THE BEACHES IN ULCINJ

Velika Plaža ( Long Beach )

), the sandy coast is located about 5 minutes’ walk from Villa Deti and is the largest beach in the Adriatic region. The fine sandy 13-kilometer-long beach extends to the Albanian border and is divided into individual sections, with its own restaurants, beach bars, campsites etc. All these sections have exotic names, such as Copacabana, Tropicana, Neptune or Safari and are equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Signs along the main road clearly show the access to each section of the beach. The fine sand, which cannot be found anywhere else on the Adriatic, is rich in minerals and therefore very beneficial

Valdanos Beach

is another special place in Ulcinj and about a 15-minute drive from Villa Deti. It is a bay of peace, beauty and love with a 376-meter-long pebble beach that has been declared a natural monument. The bay is very quiet, with clear water (for diving), breathtaking panorama, free parking as well as a restaurant that is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. In addition to the pebble beach, this beautiful bay also hides one of the largest olive groves in the region: the 18,000 olive trees have an average age of about 800 years.

Ladies Beach

which is dedicated exclusively to women, is located in the middle of the pine forest on the rocky coast of Ulcinj and is about a 15-minute drive from Villa Deti. This nudist beach is particularly popular with both visitors to the region and local residents. Its natural spring with sulfur-rich water is said to have positive, healing effects on health, especially for women with fertility problems. For this reason, this beach is only visited by women who enjoy the shade, the smell of the pine forest and the mysticism of a cave, all this makes it even more fascinating.

The nudist beach Ada Bojana

The triangular island of Ada Bojana is located at the delta of the Bojana River, about 15 km from Villa Deti on the Albanian border. It is surrounded on two sides by the river Bojana, on the third side lapped by the Adriatic Sea. The Bojana River is the only river in the world that sometimes flows upstream, which explains the special energy of this place. It is a unique location, a paradise for those who like nudist culture. Here you can also enjoy horse rides on the beach. No less beautiful are the sunsets on the island, when the sun dips into the sea and still shines brightly with its yellow and red flames spread on the surface of the sea. By the river, you can enjoy the best fish specialties of the region in restaurants traditionally built on wooden posts.
